Hi there! So I want to put this out there as an idea for you to possibly consider! This is something i started doing for a while now....not too long but long enough. I never said anything until now, and I'm not trying to sound like a hero or anything, althogh in all honesty, it does feel good to help, and to be able to tell people I did and liked it! I think you will too!
Ok, so, anybody who knows us bodybuilders and athletes of all sorts, knows we can eat till the cows come home, and well...most people dont have cows let alone cows waiting to come home! ;) So, my point being we eat ALOT! And often times in todays busy world, we have to eat out, hopefully finding the healthy food our bodies, palet, and pocketbook require! Sometimes we just get to have a treat like a normal person as well! So here's my point. At times, we dont always finish out meals. Sometimes we hold back and purposely try not to eat the whole portions served because its too much or we are simply full! This used to be a double edged sword for me. Guilty if i ate more than i should, and guilty for throwing out the extra. Not sure about others, but a doggie bag for me meant eating the extra portion fairly soon after! Ugh!
So, I found a perfect way to remedy this scenerio, depending on where I am. I take the leftovers and leave them anonamously where homeless people may venture searching for food. Instead of having to pick thru garbage cans there it is on top of it for easy access... or wherever!
So, there you have it...you may take it or leave it, but I had to put it out there! ;) Let me know if YOU start doing this or have before! Us bodybuilders dont get alot to give so maybe this is something. Its not alot....or maybe it is! ;) Thanks for reading! xo
AND, Im Visiting Los Angeles currently! xo
