'There's No Such Thing As There Is No Way...You Find A Way!'

Hi there! So I want to put this out there as an idea for you to possibly consider! This is something i started doing for a while now....not too long but long enough. I never said anything until now, and I'm not trying to sound like a hero or anything, althogh in all honesty, it does feel good to help, and to be able to tell people I did and liked it! I think you will too!
Ok, so, anybody who knows us bodybuilders and athletes of all sorts, knows we can eat till the cows come home, and well...most people dont have cows let alone cows waiting to come home! ;) So, my point being we eat ALOT! And often times in todays busy world, we have to eat out, hopefully finding the healthy food our bodies, palet, and pocketbook require! Sometimes we just get to have a treat like a normal person as well! So here's my point. At times, we dont always finish out meals. Sometimes we hold back and purposely try not to eat the whole portions served because its too much or we are simply full! This used to be a double edged sword for me. Guilty if i ate more than i should, and guilty for throwing out the extra. Not sure about others, but a doggie bag for me meant eating the extra portion fairly soon after! Ugh!
So, I found a perfect way to remedy this scenerio, depending on where I am. I take the leftovers and leave them anonamously where homeless people may venture searching for food. Instead of having to pick thru garbage cans there it is on top of it for easy access... or wherever!
So, there you have it...you may take it or leave it, but I had to put it out there! ;) Let me know if YOU start doing this or have before! Us bodybuilders dont get alot to give so maybe this is something. Its not alot....or maybe it is! ;) Thanks for reading! xo

I chose some memories to share with you! This cat was the love of my life and the most unique soul ever! Ask anybody who knew him/us, and many did! They will verify this! A charactar that made you laugh, intelligent, handsome, but the most amazing of his many positive traits was his soul...PURE LOVE! No exaggeration! My heart right now is shattered as my love for him and our relationship was a 19 year amazing understanding between us that created a perfect world together! This little cat has given to me and taught me so much! You see, souls are All the Same! Don't underestimate cats or other living animals, etc. They are no less intelligent than us either, just different! I am proud and blessed to have had this cat in my life! Thank you Mace...Mama's with you forever!xo
THANK YOU to anybody who ever touched our lives in a positive way and for all the compassionate condolences I've been given!
personal Thank you's coming up! xo

Teehee, we loved to dance! For real! This was something we did often....he loved me holding him and dancing in a circle, sometimes playful, sometimes with sappy but true love! On the morning of Thurs, Aug 21, 2014, Knowing Mace was approaching his exit, I embraced our time together! Im so happy to have captured these final moments with this little creature that brought me so much happiness in my life. I played one of our favourite songs and We Danced! I even got dressed up just for him! He takes a great picture as well! He doesnt even look sick in these shots! Plus I may have made sure we got his best side! ;) And as happy and positive as i may have looked in the photos, (I was for sure while with him here), but when not with him...so many tears...:(. They are slowly subsiding! :). Have to let all take its course.
My dream cat come true, and a child's dream I called him! Cause he just was!
Enjoy some of the photos, and Mace and I thank you for sharing!
Love, RhondaLee Quaresma XO
