 IFBB Pro Bodybuilder & Physique Competitor; Personal Trainer and Director (Pro Pta Certified); Model; Entertainer...AND... A Free Spirit!  

     I am an infinite being who's deep soul and insight has led me to a free spirit life! So much so I am at times misunderstood! (I am Like a living camouflage).

I am shy and fearless at the same time!

I am amorous with this place and life I exist in! The names, labels and titles other humans give me is not who I am, those things are what I do! But they co-exist with me as a expressions for which sometimes I know the answers for a particular outlet and sometimes I don’t, and that’s ok! I will know when I know if that’s what’s meant to be!

I know my purpose is greater than it appears on this earth, and my heart,  so long as I listen,  is directing my body to achieve what is necessary as part of the journey! In the meantime I get to partake in these specialties given to me which I get to share with you!

That being said, an interesting event occurred from all, resulting in me creating my own brand! And it works! I’m about breaking stereotypes!  What I do now will one day I hope help those imprisoned by judgements, fear and insecurities to know they are (You are) a magnificent being with something special in you that nobody else has and can exude!  Look inside and only see the best, and forget the rest and there you will be! 

With this I am going to take a huge leap of faith trusting what i feel to know is the right answer, and that is to tell you About Me! No holds barred, I represent the truth! My brand I created at first just as a fun but true thought, Physical, Musical, Sensual....what better way i thought to come up with an idea than to simply add a little flare to what I felt i was! (the actual words a friend/photographer assisted with by a chance conversation we were having....About me;) and my stuff! Well that was about a decade ago and although I’ve had a bumpy road at times, my journey continues! And although sometimes I thought I was totally lost,  low and behold,  a sign proved I’m on exactly the right track!  And I still have a ways to go but I’m going forward! My ways may seem off the wall when you look at what I have done, but there is a method to my madness!  J

Here, So Far, is what I have created with limited time and money but tons of passion and determination.  Please keep in mind my goals....the best is yet to come! And ironically from this, I now can offer products and services based upon the so many requests from fans etc!

And to wrap up my summary About Me, RhondaLee Quaresma, for the most part my life is an open book.  I have had tests thrown at me, especially over the last couple years to test my staying power i think!? Meaning I thought I had no questions,  or reasons to question my risk taking ways, and for the first time i seriously questioned if I had screwed it all up!  Well I’m happy to tell you, literally within the last 24 hours of me writing this text (Oct 2012), after months of agonizing uncertainty, I once again know i won’t have to question myself ever again!  I know I am doing the right thing (there is a higher power I know and it is on my side, the same one you all believe in, whatever source or religion you wish to call it, and some strong and wise influences and people in my life) and I’m beyond excited where I’m going with all of this! My risks, fun, pain, pleasure, trials and tribulations are going to leave definitive information to help humans in abstract life decision making and onto the next generation and by those who want to hear it! I’ve also been told more than once that I do and say what people only think about and wish they could!  Who knew!? Especially when for more than half my life, I was the shyest child ever!! My childhood friends can vouch for me on that!  ;)

I hope this lends you some clarity into my world and career vision!  And I am ever so grateful that you took the time for this read!

As well, i’m actually publishing this bio as of May 2013!  My actual writing  of it as you see was in Oct of 2012....even  tho I knew what I wanted to say about me was correct and felt right for ME, I suppose I needed some time to feel I really did write  here,  No t just for me, but for  sharing with the world ...the True Me!

Here , with their permission, I display our work.  I have also posted some of the outcomes of work with some of my clients.  With all the people I have trained my success rate of results is extremely high.  In fact all were successful with a less than 5% outcome of no results and this was not my teaching but of the athlete not following the advice for various reasons in or out of their control or a lack of discipline.  I have not had the time to work with athletes as in previous years but to keep me fresh and always learning more, and to continually progress as a trainer. I always kept 1 male and 1 female no matter where i was or what else i had going on!  I’ve devoted most of my time to this website plan and modelling the last couple of years am now picking up clients again, one on one and online! I take pride in helping people improve for health and personal reasons, or that want to go to the extreme with fitness and bodybuilding! I will always do my job as a personal trainer with the best care for each individual!
